This evening, a young boy named Kerim helps his mother prepare for dinner. His mother is in the kitchen, placing warm bread on a plate. She is wearing her beautiful Türkmen-style ýaglyk, resting softly behind her head.
Kerim wants to help, so he takes the spoons and forks from the drawer. He walks carefully to the table and places them one by one.
“Am I doing it right?” he asks.
His mother smiles and says, “Yes, you are helping a lot.”
Together, they put cups, bowls, and napkins on the table. The room looks warm and ready for dinner.
Kerim feels proud.
He thinks, “Helping my mother makes me happy.”
